Sporting a white shirt and white pants with holes at the knees, vocalist Ed Roland danced with his microphone stand as his band belted out hits like  1993’s “Shine,” which peaked at No. 11 and spent 29 weeks on the Billboard charts, and its 1995 hit “December.” Roland even addressed the loud music precaution. “We heard there’s a sound ordinance around here, we’re just going to play as much as we can.” There’s no denying lead guitarist Jesse Triplett was the highlight of Collective Soul’s time on stage as he wailed solo after solo on his Gibson Les Paul.
